LEADERSHIP
PASTOR DYLAN LEBAKKEN
Dylan and his wife Tayler have been married for ten years and have 4 children. They met serving Jesus in 2011 and have never stopped. In 2022 God called them to plant a new congregation (now merged with Rosemont) after serving 9 years in Camden and Gloucester City New Jersey at Epiphany Church. Dylan has served as a worship pastor, youth pastor, and a church planter in training. He holds a B.A. degree in Sociology, an M.Div. from Columbia International University, and is a licensed ordained minister in the CCCC denomination. Tayler has been a public-school teacher for the past 12 years, and together they are passionate about providing spaces for multiple generations of families to find new life in Jesus Christ.
OUR MINISTRY TEAM
Our ever-growing Ministry Team is made up of people from very different backgrounds who are using their time to be missionaries to our community! Whether they are from the Norview area, Granby, Downtown Norfolk, South Norfolk, Portlock, or Chesapeake, they remain faithful to Jesus in all of life despite whatever they face. Some are long-term generational residents who have been members of Rosemont their entire lives. Some have been here a few years, some are from out of state, and some have never left Norfolk - but all are being the hands and feet of Jesus by helping to grow the kingdom of Jesus in our community. Through their different backgrounds, they all strive to carry one another’s burdens under the common bond of being a part of the family of Christ. They are committed to seeing multiple generations of working-class families find their identities upward in Christ, inward in the Church, and outward in the Community.
